Our Story

About Us Time Lock Protection Services began in Macarthur Heights, Campbelltown, with a shared vision from Keith and Meena Thompson: to build a family-owned security company that treats people with care and takes their safety seriously. South West Sydney is our home, and the community around us is where our story began. Together, Keith and Meena bring 70 years of experience serving people—38 years from Keith and 32 years from Meena. Keith’s 38 years of hands-on work in the security industry have taken him across construction sites, airports, commercial and industrial properties, retail centres, residential sites and Sydney’s two casinos. That experience has shaped how we listen to clients, understand each site and approach protection with sound judgement. We take time to understand each site and tailor our service to its risks, operating hours and the people who use it. Static Security Our security officers provide an on-site presence to help protect people, property and daily operations. Static security can support construction sites, commercial buildings, industrial premises, retail locations and residential properties. Duties can be tailored to your site, including access control, regular checks, visitor assistance and incident reporting. Mobile Patrols Our mobile patrols provide scheduled checks of your property when a permanent on-site officer is not required. Patrols can include checking entrances, gates and vulnerable areas, identifying concerns and reporting what we find. We can discuss patrol times and frequency that suit your site.
